Visitors

Whether you are on your way to northern adventure, day tripping west of Edmonton, or on your way to spend the weekend at the lake, drop by and visit Onoway.   You’ll be glad you did.

Onoway is a friendly community with a full range of visitor services, including food, accommodation, gas, and automotive repairs.

Enjoy our scenic location and our small town flavor, and while you’re here visit the Onoway Museum, which also doubles as our Tourist Information Center.

Try your luck fishing at one of our two hidden gems - Salter’s Lake (south of Onoway), and Devil’s Lake (east of Onoway on Highway 37).  Stop by and visit Imrie Park while you’re at Devil’s Lake.

Onoway has become a favorite spot for touring motorcyclists, and many visitors  pass through Onoway on their way to the Lac Ste. Anne Pilgrimage every year – many from communities spread across the northern prairies, and beyond.

Come enjoy one of Onoway’s many community events – including an Old Time Fiddlers Jamboree, Night of Artists Onoway, Heritage Days, Fall Threshing Bee, or one of the many sporting or school events held in our community.

ONOWAY EXTENDS A WARM WELCOME TO ALL OUR VISITORS
